Monthly Support

Can you help?

When you support Vale da Rainha, you help sustain this sanctuary and care for hundreds of lives every single day, giving animals who have suffered a second chance at life.

Support hundreds of lives...

Vale da Rainha is an animal sanctuary located in the state of São Paulo, Brazil, dedicated for years to the protection and recovery of animals rescued from different forms of exploitation, abuse, and violence.

Today, the sanctuary provides a safe home for hundreds of animals, including buffaloes, cows, bulls, goats, pigs, and many other medium- and large-sized individuals. Each one has a history of suffering, but also the opportunity to begin a new story, with safety, freedom, and dignity.

Maintaining this work requires an extensive infrastructure: a large and suitable property for the animals, veterinary and operational teams, tons of food every month, medications, medical exams, treatments, maintenance, and daily care.

And there is something very important to understand: the animals who arrive at Vale da Rainha have been victims of extreme situations of exploitation, neglect, and suffering. As a result, many carry physical and emotional scars that require care for the rest of their lives.

Some need ongoing medication, specialized treatments, frequent veterinary care, and specialized handling. Others simply need time, space, and safety to finally experience a life different from the one that was imposed upon them.

That is why caring for a rescued animal does not end with the rescue.
The commitment lasts a lifetime.

Today, in addition to our significant fixed operating costs, we also face high variable expenses to ensure that every life that arrives here has everything they need to live with dignity, safety, health, and love.
